Emily’s Covered Bridge

Emily’s Coverage Bridge is a great place to visit in the summer months in Vermont. Vermont has around 100 covered bridges, and Emily’s Covered Bridge (aka Gold Brook’s Covered Bridge) is thought to be a haunted one! The legend of Emily is still alive around the Stowe area. Legend has it that when visitors drive through the bridge at midnight on Halloween, their car can get heavily scratched on the surface. We can’t confirm this because we didn’t dare to try!
